Building a clearer digital experience for complex investment capabilities

A global private-markets firm was expanding a set of investment-capability pages across four regional websites. The pages needed to feel like one coherent experience without ignoring differences in audience, product availability, regulation, or local market needs.

The challenge

Nearly 30 pages sounds straightforward until every region has different products, disclosures, links, content needs, and review requirements. Add contributors from investment, product, investor relations, marketing, web, creative, agencies, legal, and compliance, and one unresolved decision can hold up far more than one page.

My role

I managed the website delivery. I helped shape the page and landing-page architecture, tightened website copy and calls to action, clarified decisions and owners, coordinated contributors, and stayed involved through review, quality assurance, and launch.

How I approached it

  • Defined a capability-first architecture and a baseline global experience for regional teams to work from.
  • Documented which content and functionality should carry across markets and where regional exceptions were required.
  • Created a clearer source of truth for owners, decisions, dependencies, approvals, and open questions.
  • Coordinated investment, product, investor relations, regional marketing, web, creative, agency, legal, and compliance partners.
  • Raised tradeoffs early and separated launch-critical decisions from details that could be addressed later.

Work samples

Representative work has been recreated and anonymized to show the thinking, systems, and deliverables without exposing confidential information.

The outcome

The result was a reusable foundation for presenting complex private-markets capabilities across regions. Teams had a clearer way to manage local differences without losing the global story, better visibility into ownership and review, and infrastructure they could use for future capability and product launches.

What I brought to the table

I brought digital strategy, content architecture, global program leadership, and regulated-review coordination to an initiative with dozens of pages, many owners, and very little room for confusion.

Selected work has been anonymized, and certain details have been generalized to respect confidentiality.
