About Natalia
My career has never been limited to one area of marketing.

I’m a strategist, operator, and builder. I tend to find my way into complicated marketing problems—the ones with several audiences, a lot of stakeholders, unclear ownership, or an idea that still needs a realistic path to launch.
I like figuring out what is actually going on, making it clearer, and building a way forward that people can use.
My experience
I have more than 10 years of experience across integrated marketing, digital strategy, communications, content, and cross-functional delivery. My career has taken me through financial services, professional services, government, consulting, and founder-led environments.
I’ve worked on websites, thought leadership, executive and social content, paid media, investor and public communications, audience strategy, governance, and large programs involving multiple teams. The channel changes. My role is usually some version of connecting the pieces and helping people make better decisions.
Financial services and institutional marketing
A significant part of my background is in institutional and private-markets marketing. I’ve partnered with investment teams, capital formation, digital, creative, compliance, analytics, agencies, and senior leaders to explain sophisticated strategies and bring complex programs to market.
Regulated environments teach you quickly that a good idea is only the beginning. The message has to be accurate. The audience has to be clear. People need to know who is deciding what. Reviews, handoffs, timing, and measurement are not side issues; they determine whether anything actually launches.
How I work
I ask a lot of practical questions: What are we trying to accomplish? Who is this for? What needs to be decided? Who owns the next step? Where are we creating unnecessary friction? What will make this easier the next time?
I’m comfortable shaping the strategy, but I do not disappear once the direction is set. I stay close enough to execution to see where a plan is breaking down—and to help fix it.
Building outside established organizations
I also built and operate an independent digital entertainment brand with an audience of more than 50,000 across Instagram and YouTube.
It began as an Instagram property and is growing into a broader media brand with original stories, recurring formats, recognizable intellectual property, and a wider distribution strategy. Running it means owning the strategy, production, audience experience, experiments, mistakes, and results. That kind of accountability keeps me honest.
What I’m exploring
I’m also paying closer attention to the relationship between wellbeing and performance—especially how attention, energy, productivity, and the way jobs are designed affect what ambitious people can sustain over time. I’m still learning here, and I’m interested enough to keep following the questions.
A little more context
I was born in Brooklyn and spent nearly a decade living in the British Virgin Islands before returning to the United States. Moving between places, cultures, and professional environments shaped how I communicate, adapt, and notice what different people need.
Different settings bring out the same instinct in me: understand what is really happening, make it clearer, and build a better way forward.
