Taking a private-markets outlook series to market
A global private-markets firm had produced an Outlook video series across several asset classes, including a venture-capital roundtable. The need was not more content. It was a clear digital home, useful entry points for different audiences, and a distribution plan that could carry the series beyond launch day.

The challenge
A substantive video series can disappear quickly if the digital experience and distribution are treated as an afterthought. The series needed an organized collection page, landing pages that made the content easy to enter, clear calls to action, and channel-specific packaging that did not dilute the investment perspective.
My role
I owned the distribution side. I built the collection-page and landing-page strategy, published the work to the website, tightened the language and calls to action, and led paid and organic social from planning through reporting. I also contributed to the email strategy and worked alongside content, creative, PR, agency, and compliance partners.
How I approached it
- Created the digital structure for the series, including the collection page, landing pages, and the pathways between videos and related content.
- Packaged each story for the web and social with audience-appropriate headlines, calls to action, and asset requirements.
- Planned and executed paid and organic LinkedIn distribution, then used performance to refine the mix.
- Worked with email, public-relations, creative, and content teams on timing and handoffs so channels reinforced one another.
- Managed approvals and launch details with the same care as the message, because financial-services distribution has to be both useful and compliant.

Representative work has been recreated and anonymized to show the thinking, systems, and deliverables without exposing confidential information.

The outcome
The series became a connected digital program rather than a one-time release. Across 2025, it earned more than 1.3 million LinkedIn impressions and accounted for nearly 3% of annual website traffic. Launch-period reporting also recorded 450,000 paid-social impressions and more than 1,500 clicks. The series received a 2025 Gramercy Financial Content Marketing Award.
What I brought to the table
I know how to take complex expert content to market: make it easier to find and act on, give each channel a job, and keep the operational details from getting in the way of launch.
Selected work has been anonymized, and certain details have been generalized to respect confidentiality.
